Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.  Pink Porch Market will issue a refund for returned items postmarked within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that your received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the unused item is found to be defective, we will also refund standard shipping costs. However, we cannot cover upgraded shipping costs. If the item is not found to be defective any and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
